Refund policy

1. Exchange or Return

1.1. Exchanges or returns are only accepted for items that:

a) do not correspond to the item ordered

To be eligible for exchange or return, the items must not have been used, modified and the packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered.

1.2. To proceed with an exchange or return, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to send an email to studioluhme@gmail.com with the following information:
a) order number
b) description of the problem

1.3. After contact and approval of return, the article must be returned, within a maximum period of 30 days from the invoice date, by CTT Correio Registado. If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The User must always request the CTT Receipt that proves that the order has been sent.

1.4. When we receive the item, we will carry out our inspection and get back in touch with the customer.

2. Refund
2.1. Refunds are only made for items that are not on sale.
2.2. If everything complies with the information mentioned above, and the customer does not opt for an exchange, a refund will be made to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase and it will be available within a few days.
