Luhme candles were designed to be decorative. However, they can be lit.

Use a deep, non-flammable dish and place your candle. Light it up, after making sure there are no drafts. Watch the candle, and trim the wick whenever necessary.

Because it is an irregularly shaped candle, we cannot guarantee that it will burn evenly.

Read our Candle Care[012752 012753] carefully so as not to take risks.

A little crystallization may occur, however, it is only aesthetic and does not interfere with the burning of the candle. It happens due to the use of soy wax without additives.

Candle color may be slightly different from the picture. In some cases, depending on the fragrance chosen, the color of the candle is dyed pale yellow.

Order processing time is 24 to 72 hours. Depending on the time and day of the week you made your purchase.

Postage is included (only valid for Portugal, islands included).

Exchanges or returns are only accepted for items that:

a) do not correspond to the item ordered or are visibly damaged.

To be eligible for exchange or return, the items must not have been used, modified and the packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered.

To proceed to an exchange or return the customer has 14 days after receipt of the order to send an email to studioluhme@gmail.com with the following information:
a) order number
b) description of the problem
