Sage has been used for many years to cleanse and purify people, objects and places, using the smoking technique.
Sage can be burned in a torch or by undoing the torch, it can be burned stick by stick. Follow your intuition.

How to use:
How to use:
Sage does not need to be on fire, just light it and let it smoke (like incense).
To do this, when lighting, let the flame develop (for a few seconds) to obtain an intense smoke, after that, carefully shake the torch to extinguish the flame and enjoy its aroma like incense.
You can walk around the space so that the smoke spreads through the environment, or let it burn on a non-flammable surface, in a ventilated environment.
After a smoke you should always air the space well.
